This work is primarily about Ann utilizing her technical knowledge and experience to facilitate the collective "voice" of the group she is working with. The forms of the projects are designed to meet the desires of the group. Ann includes this work as a part of her artist statement because there is something critical to her continuing development as an artist that takes place when working with various groups of people that working alone in the studio does not.

There are few greater joys than working with and learning from these groups of young people who for varieties of reasons rarely have the opportunity to share their brilliance with larger audiences.
