Working with Beth Abbott and families from the Down Syndrome Association of CNY, workshops were offered in which children and their families produced artwork that depicted flight and freedom. This artwork was reproduced on fabrics and placed into large double pinwheels. Through the generous donation of time from Lynn and Warren Poray of Pennsylvania, this project provided an opportunity for the artwork to be shown in multiple contexts.
