Each hat is a unique sketch
of an idea. Some hats are made of fabrics designed for
Ann's coats to provide
a kind of journal of that process, and some hats came
from student challenges: "Can you knit something
that looks like snow in sand or road kill?" All
hats are made
of textiles that Ann designs and produces herself, and
most are wools that are knitted and felted. The hats
can be goofy, festive, funny (sometimes
hilarious),
cute and always comfortable and warm.
The images here represent a small sampling of the variety
of hats produced. A selection of hats can be sent for
review. Color ranges can also be requested. Simple sizing
instructions are included with all orders, and hats are
available in children's and adult sizes.
